Great location and easy access to the main attractions. Delicious food and great service at the restaurants. The pool area was awesome, with lots of activities for children to do.
The rooms were not well cleaned, and it was not easy to get clean towels, even after asking repeatedly. Some of the areas of the hotel had a strong smell of tobacco, which was annoying.

Walking distance to historical city center and free, safe parking. the hotel and parking lot was secured at night which made us feel safe. the area was quiet and calm with little traffic. the room was clean and the hot water worked well.
The staff seemed confused about whether or not the rooms had been cleaned and they didn't provide enough washcloths. Our friends had a room with a strong tobacco smell, but they were able to change rooms.
